Health Solutions Wales (HSW) is a leading edge service provider who offers an extensive range of video services to their end user community.

HSW has installed extensive Unified Collaborative Communication solutions at locations throughout Wales. This collaborative environment is coordinated centrally through HSW's Cardiff Headquarters. HSW now manage more than 170 endpoints (ranging from the Polycom iPower® 9000 Series to the VSX^TM 7000 Practitioners Cart), and two Polycom MGC^TM-100 conferencing bridge systems running a selection of Software applications including Polycom PathNavigator^TM Software, WebCommander^TM, Global Management System^TM and PVX^TM software.

To enable HSW to provide a comprehensive on going support program to it's end user community, and for them to provide a one stop shop for service requests, Polycom Global Services and Authorized Service Reseller MultiSense Communications Ltd proposed a Service Solution to simplify the management of so many dispersed systems.

The service level implemented was Elite. Elite Support is designed for customers seeking the next level of global support for their entire Polycom collaboration environment and HSW benefit from a cohesive program of proactive technical support ensuring that their services are always available to all their customers.
