The Polycom SoundPoint® IP 650 desk phone and the SoundStation® IP 4000 conference phone have been selected by InfoWorld Test Center editors and reviewers for the publication's 2008 Technology of the Year Awards. According to InfoWorld, "the SoundPoint IP 650 call quality is simply stellar [making it] one of the best-sounding VoIP handsets we've ever used, with any codec," and the SoundStation IP4000 is "the best conference room speakerphone on the market, analog or digital."
TMC Internet Telephony Magazine's 10th Annual Product of the Year Awards
Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Internet Telephony magazine has named both the Polycom CX family of high definition (HD) phones as well as the Polycom HDX 8000 Series HD video collaboration solutions as recipients of its 2007 Product of the Year Award. The Polycom CX family is a diverse offering of four high definition telephone devices that support Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007. The Polycom HDX 8000 Series offers comprehensive HD video collaboration capabilities for mid-range conference and meeting rooms.

The iF product design awards, which are bestowed annually, are considered the most highly regarded design honors worldwide. Judges selected winners from more than 2,500 entries representing over 1,000 companies in 35 countries across the globe.
