Teleconferencing, as with any business implementation, needs a little forethought to ensure its success. Taking steps ahead of time can certainly contribute to achieving smooth and productive meeting.

Here is a check list to ensure your teleconferencing success:

Make a list of everyone that should attend the teleconferencing meeting.

Contact the key people on your list to determine the best time to schedule the meeting.
